Terms:
We accept Paypal (funded and credit card) as well as money orders and checks. Orders paid for with money orders will ship after the money order has been recieved. Orders paid for with personal checks are only for orders in the United States, and will ship after they have been cleared by the bank. We do not accept credit card orders at this time.
Returns:
Pulling at Strings wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions concerning our items, please contact us prior to placing your order. If any problems arise with your order please contact us within 30 days of purchasing so we can issue an exchange or refund. Please take note of the following conditions:
- Shipping is non-refundable. Items being returned that were shipped for free will have standard first class shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- If we mistakenly ship the wrong item, we ship the correct item as well as cover return shipping for the item you received.
- Please note the gauge and yardage information before ordering. Once cast on or wound, yarn cannot be returned.
- Items covered in dirt, dust, animal hair, or that have picked up odors (smoke, perfumes, etc) cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in the same condition that they were shipped in. This includes any labels and packing lists.
- Clearance items are final sale.
- Club memberships and patterns, are non-refundable. However, club members who choose to skip a month, have the option of extending their subscription for one month.
Domestic in stock items are shipped within 1 full week upon receiving payment, Monday through Saturday. International packages are shipped once a week. These shipping policies are in effect until March 1st, 2011; at which point we will return to the normal shipping times of 3-5 business days. When paying by Paypal, we will ship to the address provided.
Orders over $75 will be shipped for free within the United States. International Orders over $75 will have shipping costs reduced by $5.95 and shipping will be invoiced separately from your order.
All packages shipped within the United States (including APO’s) have a choice of First Class or Priority Mailing, which both ship with delivery confirmation. Insurance can be added on for an additional cost. Please contact us for to add insurance to your order.
Domestic shipping prices have been calculated from one coast to the other. In some cases, shipping costs may be less than what is posted. If there is a difference in these prices, any excess over $0.15 will be refunded.
International packages are shipped by either First Class International or International Priority. If choosing International Priority. International prices posted are for Europe. Countries outside of Europe may cost more. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to shipping.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for $10, $25, $50, and $75 amounts. Gift Certificates will be emailed to the purchaser unless another email recipient is provided at checkout.
