Created by Carina of Sweet Mama Small Sugar, this pdf pattern features a pixie style bonnet pattern knit with neck shaping and plenty of ear and neck coverage to keep out the wind.  With options for button closure or i-cord ties and striped or solid hat, this bonnet is available in four sizes, and contains three pages of colorful photos and clear instructions with pattern support through email.  

Available in four sizes to fit infants, toddlers, and children or spritely adults xs (sm, md, lg)

Materials:

85 (100, 120, 145) yards in worsted - aran weight yarn

if you choose a contrasting color for the band it should be 20% of your total yardage

2 double pointed needles in US size 8 (or size required to obtain gauge)

16" circular in US sizes 8 and 6 (or size required to obtain gauge) 

Tapestry Needle

1 buttons - 5/8"-3/4" (optional button tab closure)

Gauge is 19st = 4in in stockinette
