This is a pdf pattern for a gorgeous little girl's shrug created by Alana of Never Not Knitting.  This shrug is knit in one piece top down with minimal seaming and finishing using worsted weight yarn in sizes 3mo, through 10-12.  This is a fabulous pattern to use up your worsted weight scraps.
