How soon will my order ship? TOP
Items will ship within 2-3 business days upon receiving payment. If your item must be shipped sooner, please make a note and we will make sure your item is shipped the same or next day upon receiving your payment.

What are your return policies? TOP

I live local to you, can I pick up my items? TOP
Sure! Please select “local” when looking at the shipping options and write a note that you would like to pick up your items. We will then email you so we can arrange a time, date, and location. All pickup locations must be public.

You don’t have the colorway/yarn I want instock, can you order it for me? TOP
When possible, we will gladly order yarn or fiber for your project. Please send us a message through the contact page and we will let you know whether or not we can accommodate your request. All special orders have to be pre-paid.

Can you wind my yarn? TOP
Unfortunately we do not currently have access to this equipment. We are hoping to offer free yarn winding services soon.

I am shopping for a gift/secret partner swap, can you keep my identity a secret? TOP
Sure! Just make a note of this when you place your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping services? TOP
Always. Just select the gift wrapping option at check out. Your items will arrive in a pretty colored bag with tissue paper and ribbon as well as a card with a custom message.

You don’t carry my favorite artisan! Can you see about carrying their products? TOP
We are always looking for new yarns, patterns, vendors, and accessories to carry in our store. Feel free to send us a message through the contact page with what you would love to see stocked in our store.
